Safety Guidelines
Safety is Our #1 Priority
All employees must complete safety training before beginning work on the production floor. PPE is mandatory in all manufacturing areas.
Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Safety glasses in all production areas
- Steel-toed boots on the manufacturing floor
- Cut-resistant gloves when operating cutting equipment
- Hearing protection in designated high-noise zones
- High-visibility vests in warehouse areas
Manufacturing Floor Rules
- Report all injuries immediately, no matter how minor
- Never operate equipment without proper training certification
- Keep work areas clean and free of trip hazards
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures for all equipment maintenance
- Report unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately
Attendance & Work Schedule
Standard Work Hours
Production Staff
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Office Staff
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1 hour lunch break
Time Clock Procedures
- Clock in no more than 7 minutes before your shift
- Clock out immediately after your shift ends
- All overtime must be pre-approved by your supervisor
- Report time clock errors to HR within 24 hours

Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO)
